Quarryman's Walk - A loop off the North Arden Heritage Trail

Experience the varied landscape of North Warwickshire, with views over the area's industrial heritage and three forms of transport, from Roman times to the present.

Excellent meals available afterwards at The Stag & Pheasant or The Malt Shovel.

Start: 10.00am Hartshill Hayes Country Park.
Walk Pace: Gentle
Duration: 6 miles, 3 hours
Cost: Free - except parking fee at Hartshill Hayes Country Park

Three Villages Walk - Upper Quinton, Ilmington & Mickleton

Join us for a 10 mile walk around lovely villages and countryside, passing Hidcote Manor. Enjoy a devilish tale on the way! Park near to the green and meet at the green in Upper Quinton.

Start: 10.30 am The green at Upper Quinton.
Walk Pace: Moderate
Duration: 10 miles, 6 hours

Hampton Lucy Scar Bank


A lovely peaceful walk on the high ground overlooking the Avon to Copdoch Hill and Grove Fields, returning beside the river. To pre-book lunch at The Boar's Head call 01789 840533.

Welford to Bidford Circular Walk

Starts and finishes at the Four Alls, a historic pub beside the River Avon. The walk follows the north side of the river to Bidford-on-Avon before crossing the Avon and returning along the riverside, taking in a beautiful stretch of the 'Avon Valley Way'.

Start: 11.00am The Four Alls pub car park, Welford-on-Avon.
Walk Pace: Moderate
Duration: 8.5 miles, 3 hours 30 minutes
