The information listed in this scheme has details of how it can be obtained. This
includes:

by contacting or visiting one of our libraries (where there is also free access to our web site)
by phone to the named contact
by inspection at Shire Hall
We endeavour to ensure that publications on both the web and in printed form are always up to date. Information included in the Publication Scheme and held in other formats will be held for the periods set out in the Council’s archiving and destruction policy.
In general key documents such as strategies, plans and annual reports are printed and made available in our libraries. Other material such as information leaflets, may also be distributed through various community locations, such as GP surgeries and local council offices.
Historic and archived records which date from 12th to 20th century can be viewed free of charge at the County Record Office. For further information please contact the County Records Office, Priory Park, Cape Road, Warwick, CV34 4JS or email recordoffice@warwickshire.gov.uk
If you have difficulty identifying the information you require our staff will be please to help you.
If you have difficulty reading the information we can provide it in another format, for example in large print, on audio tape, or in another language.
