What should I do if a vehicle has been abandoned?
In the first instance you should contact your district or borough council to report an abandoned vehicle.

If you think the vehicle is at risk of being set on fire and requires urgent action please contact Warwickshire Car Clear.

If a vehicle has been left in a dangerous position, causing an obstruction to the highway or suspected of being stolen you should contact your local police station.

A vehicle without current tax does not constitute abandonment. You can report an untaxed vehicle to the DVLA online.
