Citizens' Panel Wave 12 - Health and Well-being, was carried out January 2004.
Members of this Citizen's Panel were asked to give their views on consumer protection, access to health related information, health and well-being, access to GPs and issues about smoking.
Of the 1000 questionnaires sent out, 618 responses were received.
