SIGMA Group The SIGMA initiative engages Looked After Children from the ages of 4-21 yrs in service development and planning. SIGMA hosts 3 participation days a year where children and young people give their views of a variety of different issues that affect them, plus have the opportunity to have a say on wider county developments.
