PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN
ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

WARWICKSHIRE
I give notice that CEMEX UK OPERATIONS LTD has applied to the Warwickshire County Council as County Planning Authority for planning permission for the
DEVELOPMENT OF A CLIMAFUEL MANUFACTURING FACILITY TO SUPPLY RUGBY CEMENT WORKS WITH SOLID RECOVERED FUEL (CLIMAFUEL) MANUFACTURED FROM MIXED HOUSEHOLD AND COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL WASTES. THE FACILITY WOULD COMBINE A RANGE OF WASTE TREATMENT, SORTING, RECYCLING AND PROCESSING EQUIPMENT TO SEPARATE AND REMOVE RECYCLABLE MATERIALS FROM THE MIXED WASTE, AND SHRED AND BIODRY NON-RECYCABLE MATERIALS INTO CLIMAFUEL. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the Environmental Statement, and any other documents submitted with it, during the normal opening hours at:
- The County Planning Register of Applications. This is located at the Environment and Economy Directorate, Barrack Street, Warwick. Please ask for Mrs Bee Yew-Booth.

- Rugby Borough Council Offices, Town Hall, Rugby
