NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 8 OF APPLICATION FOR
PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN
ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at

MALPASS FARM
PARKFIELD ROAD RUGBY
WARWICKSHIRE

I give notice that CEMEX UK OPERATIONS LTD has applied to the Warwickshire County Council as County Planning Authority for planning permission for the

DEVELOPMENT OF A CLIMAFUEL MANUFACTURING FACILITY TO SUPPLY RUGBY CEMENT WORKS WITH SOLID RECOVERED FUEL (CLIMAFUEL) MANUFACTURED FROM MIXED HOUSEHOLD AND COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL WASTES. THE FACILITY WOULD COMBINE A RANGE OF WASTE TREATMENT, SORTING, RECYCLING AND PROCESSING EQUIPMENT TO SEPARATE AND REMOVE RECYCLABLE MATERIALS FROM THE MIXED WASTE, AND SHRED AND BIODRY NON-RECYCABLE MATERIALS INTO CLIMAFUEL.
