Welcome to Warwickshire County Council

Countryside Recreation
The Stratford-upon-Avon Greenway

Milcote cafe

The Greenway is a five mile section of what was the old Honeybourne railway line, closed in 1976. The route has been developed by Warwickshire County Council since 1989, working in partnership with Sustrans, to produce a high quality surfaced path suitable for cyclists, walkers and wheelchair users.

When cycling on the Greenway, you may need to negotiate kissing gates.

A cafe is available at the Milcote car park
With Effect from 1 May 2007 BARBECUES AND FIRES WILL NO LONGER BE PERMITTED AT WARWICKSHIRE'S COUNTRY PARKS (more information on Country Parks home page)
