To celebrate the 150th anniversary of George Eliot's first work of fiction, Scenes of Clerical Life, Warwickshire County Council as part of the Heritage Lottery Funded ‘Scenes Revisited’ Festival have commissioned a series of Podcasts that bring to life the characters, locations and life of George Eliot as depicted in her novels.
Presented by broadcaster Jane Markham, both Podcasts have been edited to accompany the existing George Eliot walking Tours and Driving Tours, adding an extra depth to the life and works of George Eliot and her home town of Nuneaton.

- The first podcast called 'The Drive' covers Nuneaton and Bedworth borough and George Eliot's wider links to the area she lived in as a child and as she was growing up.
- The second podcast called 'The Walk' focuses more on the town of Nuneaton, and the locations featured within the work Scenes of Clerical Life.
