IRMP 2009/10 – Action Plan
For the financial year 2009/10, the IRMP Action Plan identifies a number of areas where we intend to maintain existing high levels of performance and service, through our own efforts and through continued partnership working. Details of the revised consultation period and where to send your comments to are provided below.

- To consider previous work/research undertaken to inform a strategic review of the Fire and Rescue Service. The aim being to identify options for improving service delivery, performance improvement and value for money outcomes.

Integrated Risk Management Plan
(Community Risk Management/ Narrowing the Gaps) |
- The current Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP) covers the period 2007-10 and needs to be updated to cover the years 2011-14.
- Utilise an integrated approach and to include all relevant stakeholders to develop a rolling 3 year IRMP for the community of Warwickshire, which will identify all risks and prioritised actions.

| Organisational and Operational Assessment (Operational, Performance, Health and Safety and VFM) |
- To consider and plan for an independent organisational assessment during 2010-11 in line with the requirements of the Comprehensive Area assessment toolkit frameworks.

Consultation Period
The official consultation period runs from Monday 16th February 2009 to Friday 13th March 2009. The revised 4 week consultation has been agreed with the department for Communities and Local Government (CLG) and Warwickshire County Council Legal Services.
