Warwickshire County Council is a provider of the Workstep programme, a free and professional employment service funded by Jobcentre Plus.
Workstep is designed to help disabled people find and maintain sustainable work who would otherwise face complex barriers to employment.
We work with employers to assist in breaking down the barriers that disabled people face in finding work and can provide support in the recruitment and retention of disabled employees.
