Citizens' Panel Wave 17 - Services for Older People was carried out March 2005.
Members of this Citizens' Panel were asked to give their views on awareness and usage of current services, security in the home, and health and well-being.
Of the 1000 questionnaires sent out, 661 responses were received.

I would like to live in my own home for as long as possible - 97%
I feel safe in my own home - 84%
I am worried about the threat of crime - 60%
When looking for health information, the top three locations respondents are aware of are:
Social Services - 34%
Primary Care Trust - 23%
