Pupil and Student Services is part of the Education Partnerships and School Development Service of the Children, Young People and Families Directorate.

The Admissions Service deals with admissions to infant, junior, primary and transfer to secondary schools. The Service will give advice to parents and schools about transferring between schools, appeals and consultation on admission arrangements.

Transport and Free School Meals deal with Warwickshire parents' entitlement to free transport to schools and free school meals.

Student Finance Direct deal with funding for students in part-time and full-time courses.

The Complaints Officer deals with formal complaints from parents about schools.
