COVENTRY
Dear Mr. Evans
It has been decided that I shall be in attendance on the Prince of Wales during his visit to India & I have already received my orders. So I propose to let Packington & Diddington & think things should be let for a good round sum I should like to know at what rent you would post for the each place at per year.
Packington of course would be let with the garden & the right of Shootings, fishings & Decoyings Diddington with the garden & land.
I go to Scotland this week but shall be back in the middle of September when we can talk it over. Hoping you are all well & enjoying your trip to the north.
