Am I eligible to attend?
Anyone based in Warwickshire is eligible to attend. We particularly welcome charity workers, hospital staff, police officers and probation officers.
What are the aims of the training?
The aims are to gain knowledge of types of drugs, their names, what they look like, how they are used, what the drug strategy is, who the agencies are that work with drug users, etc. The training will improve your skills in recognising signs of substance misuse, supporting individuals who are substance misuers and knowing how to refer them on to other agencies.
