TELAC – Parents and Carers
Who are we?
The Warwickshire TELAC team consist of a team of fully qualified teachers, who work together to help children and young people who are in the care of the local authority to get the very best out of their educational experience.

What can TELAC offer?
Regular school visits
Support for Designated Teachers in school
In-school support for young people (1:1 and small group) provided in collaboration with Warwickshire LABSS
Assistance with securing school placements
Advocacy for Looked After children and support at meetings
Liaison with key agencies
Informal advice and support for school staff, social workers, foster carers and all agencies working with Looked After Children
The TELAC team will provide support to all Looked After Children educated in Warwickshire.
