![]() Who are we? A specialised Core Team is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of Project Transform. The team is made up of a Director, Technical Director, Programme Manager, Legal Manager, two Communications Officers (job share) and a Project Support Officer. All members are committed to achieving the best possible solution for the sub-region and will be working on Project Transform for the duration of the procurement process. ![]() We welcome hearing views and opinions about Project Transform. Contact the team. How is the Project Managed? The development of Project Transform is overseen by a Project Board. The Project Board is made up of executive officers from each of the three authorities. The day-to-day management of the project is carried out by the Core Team under the guidance of the Director. The Core Team are supported by multi-disciplinary project teams and specialist external advisors.
