Adult Social Care - Getting Help
Getting Help from Adult Social Care Services

We help people who need extra support, and vulnerable people to live as independently as possible.

You can contact us to get help for yourself, or to get help for someone you know. When contacting us about someone you know, we will ask you if you have their agreement/permission.

Please contact us by telephone on 01926 410410. You will initially speak to a Customer Service Advisor based in the Customer Service Centre, who will be able to advise you of your eligibility for services. If you are offered an assessment there is no charge. However, it is likely that there could be charges for the services we provide. We will explain any charges before we arrange the services.
