Citizens' Panel Wave 25 - Budget was carried out October 2007.
This survey covered questions on what panel members thought were their top priorities for the council and if the amount of money spent on these services matched their expectations.
Of the 1062 questionnaires sent out, 539 responses were received. This is a 51% response rate.

Panel members believe that 'community protection' and 'waste disposal' are the most important services the council provides.
There is only one service area where the majority of you would be willing to pay an increase in Council Tax and that is 'Older Peoples Services'.
