| What is a Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty Notice? |
| This gives you the opportunity to settle the matter without having to go to court. If you choose this option you will receive a £60 fine and have three points added to your licence. Nine or more points on your licence prevents the matter being dealt with by conditional offer. In this situation your case will automatically be dealt with by the courts. |
