Citizens' Panel Wave 3 - Communications, was carried out June - July 2001.
This wave of the Panel was designed to cover issues surrounding communications and contacting the Council.
Of the 1034 questionnaires sent out, 525 responses were received.

In terms of the amount of information provided by the council, 4 in 10 said there is not quite enough and just over 1 in 5 said there is about the right amount.
