Home Delivery Survey
All customers receiving a home delivery service in Warwickshire were invited to take part in a national interview survey. 406 customers took part.
The attached report summaries the findings from the survey. A copy of the survey form is included within the report as Appendix A. A selection of comments are included as Appendix B. Appendix C details all the results at a Delivery Area and Service level and Appendix D lists all the comments received.
