Public Satisfaction Survey 2001 was carried out in the Autumn of 2001.
4000 questionnaires were sent to a random sample of Warwickshire's residents, of which there was a 41% response rate.
The purpose of this survey is to find out levels of satisfaction with the authority and its key services, whether they use the particular services or not.
