When we carry out an assessment of your needs we will endeavour to enable you to live at home as independently as possible through Home Care and other services. However, if this cannot be achieved we will advise you of the need to move to a care home and give you advice on the type of home that will best meet your needs.
If you have the support of family or friends they may be able to help you choose a home. Our members of staff will advise about homes, vacancies and prices but information can also be found on Warwickshire Partnership in Care site. All homes have to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a current list can be viewed in the The Care Quality Commission (CQC) Directory of Care Services
