Requests under the Environmental Information Regualtions can be made verbally, but it would be helpful if you could describe your requirements using our online form or email. Online The most secure method is to use the online form. Click on the online form, enter your request and submit online. Alternative request for information forms. Two version are available, an Adobe version to print and send, or a Microsoft Word version, to complete electronically, save and email or print and send. Please email your completed request to: foi@warwickshire.gov.uk. Please note that your personal details and information supplied may not be secure in transit using email, until received by WCC. If you are concerned, we suggest using the secure online form above. Post Complete one of the forms below or write describing your requriements to:
