Free Bus Passes for the over 60's and the Disabled Links to the Borough and District Councils who are responsible for issuing the Free Countywide Travel Pass. The vehicles operate to a fixed destination point from a number of intermediate points that are also fixed, but the vehicle can operate off route to collect people with mobility problems from their home if it is practical to do so.
