Project Transform - Expression of Interest

An Expression of Interest (EOI) for PFI Credits was submitted to Defra at the end of March 2008. The EOI sets out the partners objectives for Project Transform and how it is intended to meet them.

The EOI received positive feedback from Defra and an Outline Business Case (OBC) for PFI Credits was submitted in October 2008. The OBC builds upon the EOI and provides additional details regarding the project.
