My dear Father,
It will suit me very well indeed to come over for a day or two at the end of the week, & I shall like to do so very much. I cannot leave before Thursday - and by the first train cannot get to Nuneaton (Abbey St) before 11.55 - nor can I get any sooner to Bedworth so please expect me at Abbey St Station on Thursday at 11.55. I have only an old February Bradshaw to consult. Perhaps I can get on from Birmingham sooner if the trains are altered. At any rate I cannot get to B before 9.13.
I am going to attend at the Archdeacon's visitation at Kidderminster tomorrow for the first time, and shall be the only representative of Hagley. The Rector being out and Stayner being now considered curate of Overbury, the place he is going to.
I will not write any more now, as I shall see you so soon & remain my dear Father
Your affect Son
