Warwickshire County Council coordinates the scheme on behalf of its local councils and all five of them have agreed that a pass issued in Warwickshire should offer extra benefits than those issued in many other areas of the country. The national minimum scheme has off peak time limits of when you can use your pass from 0930 until 2330 on weekdays and at any time at weekends.
The Warwickshire pass can be used as often as you like on bus services in Warwickshire after 0900 on weekdays with no limit on late night travel and at any time at weekends. The take up of these free bus passes is probably going to be considerable which may cause capacity problems on some bus services, particularly between 0900 and 1030. Pass holders are therefore requested to consider travelling later when there is likely to be less people using the bus.
You need to be aware that should you use your pass on a bus service 'outside the county of Warwickshire' before 0930 it may not be accepted because the local scheme in that area only offers free travel from 0930.
