Project Transform - Members Advisory Panel

To support the development of Project Transform, a Member Advisory Panel has been set up. The Panel consists of three elected Members from each of the three authorities.

The aims of the panel are:

to act as advocates for the Project
to provide strategic advice and guidance to the Project
to critically review the work of the project team
to receive and in turn brief their relevant Member colleagues on issues relating to Project Transform

The panel meet regularly to monitor the development of Project Transform.
