Add Your Organisation
Are you a club or organisation in Warwickshire? Add your details to the Community Information Database (CID) and improve your profile in one of the following ways:
 | You need Adobe Reader to open the registration form, available as a free download from www.adobe.com. |
Edit Your Organisation's Details
| - | Edit your record online. To do this:
| 1. | find your organisation's details in CID; |
| 2. | select the 'Edit' link on the left of the screen; |
| 3. | enter your password. If you do not have a password, select the 'Request password' option and then 'submit'. We will post a password to the contact address for your organisation.* |
| 4. | amend your details in the 'Registration Form' and submit; |
| 5. | we will check your submission and update your details. |
* If your address details are incorrect, please contact the Library and Information Service

| - | take your new details to any Warwickshire library
or
|
| - | download the registration form (pdf) and return it to any Warwickshire library or to: The Electronic Information Officer, Library & Information Service, Warwickshire County Council, Barrack Street, Warwick CV34 4TH

Add Your Organisation's Events
| - | To do this:
| 1. | find your organisation's details in CID; |
| 2. | select the 'Add Event' link on the left of the screen; |
| 3. | enter your password. If you do not have a password, select the 'Request password' option and then 'submit'. We will post a password to the contact address for your organisation*; |
| 4. | add your event details to the Events Database by following the on-screen instructions; |
| 5. | we will check your submission and publish the event to our Events Database - www.warwickshire.gov.uk/events |
| 6. | a link to the event will be displayed in your CID record. |
