Dear Sir
We are much obliged for your letter and will arrange with the Steward of the Manor how the title can be completed with least inconvenience to you. We have yet to get the fines on admission definitely fixed.
We think you will only have to execute a power of attorney authorising someone to appear personally for you before the deputy steward of the manor and surrender the property to Mr. C.L. Lewes.
We are Dear Sir
Yours truly
Duncan Warren & Gardner
