Replacement School or College Bus Passes
How do I apply for a replacement pass?
If a pass has been lost, stolen, confiscated or damaged it needs to be replaced. Students who attempt to board a service without a valid pass may not be able to travel or be required to pay a daily fare.
Any costs incurred whilst waiting for a replacement pass are non-refundable.
A new pass will only be issued upon payment of an administration fee of £5. For Stagecoach the administration fee is £25.00 and for Centro Commercial passes the administration fee is £10. Cheques or Postal Orders are to be made payable to Warwickshire County Council. Passes are issued as quickly as possible, only after the payment has been received. We also have the facility to take debit/credit card payments over the phone, please note that as of 1st January 2009 we will no longer accept cash payments.
