Bulky Waste
Your local District or Borough Council offer a bulky waste collection service. Bulky goods are generally classed as anything you would take with you when you move house. Examples of what CAN be collected: Cookers, Carpets, Dishwashers, Vacuum Cleaners, Mattresses, Tables, Settees, Televisions, Wardrobes (free standing), Washing Machines, Bedbases, Bicycles.
Examples of what CANNOT be collected: Builders Waste, Fitted Kitchen Units, DIY Waste, Roofing Materials, Sink Units, W.C.'s, Garden Waste, Gas Bottles. Please check with your district or borough council to confirm prices and for a full list of what can and cannot be collected.
