Our Service aims to create a fair and safe trading environment for consumers and honest businesses and ensure compliance with a wide range of UK and European legislation.

If you have a consumer problem, perhaps you are not happy with the goods or services you have bought, find out what your consumer rights are by visiting our 'know your rights' page for further information.

If you think you have a valid consumer complaint, follow our 3 step guide to help resolve it:
