Project Transform

JUNE 2010

Project Transform holds its first Member’s Advisory Panel meeting since the local elections.

On Monday 7 June, we held our Members Advisory Panel meeting. This meeting is part of a regular set of meetings that are held quarterly to update Members about project developments. Following the local elections, it was the first opportunity that new Elected Members had to meet and hear updates about the project.

With new administrations in Coventry and Solihull, it was an important meeting as the Councils are examining Project Transform (like a number of other projects) as it is strategically significant. The Leaders of the three Councils plan to meet in July to share their respective positions regarding the Project.

The make-up of the Members Advisory Panel is as follows:

Coventry:
Cllr Lindsley Harvard (Labour)
Cllr Tony Skipper (Labour)
Cllr Allan Andrews (Conservative)

Solihull:
Cllr Andrew Hodgson (Lib Dem)
Cllr Tim Hodgson (Lib Dem)
Cllr Andy Mackiewicz (Conservative)

Warwickshire:
Cllr Alan Cockburn (Conservative)
Cllr Ray Sweet (Labour)
Cllr John Whitehouse (Lib Dem)
