Newly Qualified Teachers on the Supply Register
A period of employment or engagement as a teacher of at least one school term, whether or not under a contract of employment, counts towards induction. A Newly Qualified Teacher is not permitted to complete an induction period by aggregating periods of short term supply teaching of less than a term in duration.
