| At School Poetry Competition During the 2009 Switch it Off campaign over 300 entries were received from Warwickshire's schools, who were asked to create a poem based on the brief below: Brief Think about climate change and what it means to you in terms of its causes, possible effects on your life and the future prospects for biodiversity on the planet; then think about what actions individuals can take to help reduce climate change. School Resources Separate powerpoint presentations, including speaker notes, were put together for both primary and secondary schools. These provide an excellent starting point to get students and teachers thinking about climate change and its consequences.
