The Service Desk has dedicated staff that are trained to offer a high standard of service to our customers. The Service Desk provides a single point of contact into the ICT Development Service, resolving more queries at the first point of contact and by monitoring requests to ensure they are dealt with within our support service level agreement.

Self Help

Premium Technician Support Visits
An experienced technician will carry out tasks defined by the school for both administration and curriculum networks. This a three hour on-site visit that can be planned weekly, fortnightly, half-termly or termly. These visits are booked in advance and dates notified to each school by the Service Desk.
