	What's New! Latest Funding News Bulletin We produce a bi-monthly funding bulletin covering the latest European, Government, regional and local opportunities. The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the way in which it's funding programmes are administered. Have your say on EU financial rules and procedures by 18th December 2009. 2011 will be the European Year of Volunteering. 2010 is the European Year for Combating Poverty & Social Exclusion. 2009 is the European Year of Creativity & Innovation.
