*Warwickshire School Organisation Framework 2005 - 2010
This document is the School Organisation Framework document for Warwickshire for the period September 2005 to August 2010. It brings together a range of information on the supply of school places across the County and identifies issues that may have a bearing on future proposals to increase or reduce the number of places at individual schools.

*Consultation between the Local Authority and Schools
The policy groups and a number of statutory school groups are the main vehicles for consultation between the authority and schools.

*s77 Consultation
The County Council is seeking to dispose of land at various locations. The Council does not believe that there are any viable alternative community uses for the land. However, before continuing with the disposal, the Council is obliged to consult the local community to ascertain what views they may have regarding the proposed disposal.


*Proposal to Increase the Admission Number of Harris School
The proposal is to increase the admission number of Harris C.of E. (Voluntary Aided) School from 157 to 183 pupils per year with effect from September 2010 admissions.
* Warwickshire Cabinet has agreed that the increase in capacity should take place effective from September 2010.


*Proposed Relocation of Ridgeway School, Warwick
The purpose of this consultation is to seek views on a proposal to move Ridgeway School from its current site in Montague Road, Warwick, to new purpose-built accommodation on a shared site with the proposed Woodloes Primary School.


*Changes to nursery provision in Lillington
The purpose of this consultation is to seek views on a proposal for the nursery provision currently provided by Lillington Nursery School to become part of Lillington Primary School by April 2009. It is intended that the nursery provision would remain in its current building. The aim of this proposal is to ensure that nursery provision can continue in the area.
* Warwickshire Cabinet has taken the decision that the nursery provision currently provided by Lillington Nursery School will become part of Lillington Primary School with effect from the beginning of April 2009.


*Proposed Amalgamation of Woodloes Infant School and Woodloes Junior School, Warwick
The purpose of this consultation is to seek views on a proposal to amalgamate Woodloes Infant School and Woodloes Junior School to create a single all-through primary school for children aged 4 to 11 years. The new primary school would admit up to 60 pupils per year and be located in one building based on the current junior school building, which would be extended and refurbished.
* The Statutory Notice period has now ended and permission to develop an all through primary school has been granted by the Schools Adjudicator.
