Employer Childcare Questionnaire
The Family Information Service is interested to find out about the childcare needs of your employees. Please complete this questionnaire to share this information and your views with us. The information you provide can be used to evaluate how availability of childcare can impact on business and the data collected will support our Childcare Sufficiency Assessment.

FIS Resources for Employers
Information, signposting and services available from the Family Information Service to assist employers to support their employees, for example, find out about employer supported childcare, order a reference information pack or look into ways you can link with the FIS.

Through leaflets, signposting and outreach, the FIS can help employers support their employees by providing a wide range of information and advice on family services and issues such as creating a good work-life balance, affordable childcare and childcare vouchers and much, much more.
