e-Public Library User Survey
Public Library User Surveys (PLUS) were carried out in 32 Warwickshire libraries during November 2005. This report highlights the key findings from an Information and Communication Technology survey. Library computer users completed a questionnaire, which helped us to measure their satisfaction with various aspects of the service.
