This Scheme defines the financial relationship between the local authority and the schools in its area.

Under the Disability Discrimination Act there is a new requirement for public sector bodies, including schools, to promote equality for disabled people in every aspect of their work Schools Library Service

To ensure that Warwickshire Children's Services provides a service of the highest standard we regularly discuss our policy with schools, stakeholders and other partners in education provision. Procurement and Contracting in Schools
The procurement section of the Schools & Learning website has been designed to provide Warwickshire Schools with “one stop shop” access to all of the information they will need to manage their procurement activity effectively, efficiently and in line with the governance requirements of the County Council.

Race Equality
Race equality is an important priority for education. You will find practical examples of what the Local Authority and schools are doing to meet their responsibilities under the Race Relations Amendment Act (2000). Risk Assessment Forms
These generic risk assessment forms are for use by schools and other organisations linked to Warwickshire LA.They can then be altered to suit and used for risk assessing an activity taking place off the schools or organisations property.
