Supporting People is a Government programme. It aims to provide a better quality of life for vulnerable people in Warwickshire.

What we can do for you
  • We will support you to live in your own home, in the community or in specialist schemes.
  • If you have been homeless, are in hospital or in prison, we will help you gain and develop skills to live independently.
  • We will support you to maintain your independence at home.
  • We can help prevent problems that can lead to you having a long stay in hospital or care, going to prison, being evicted or made homeless.
  • We will help you feel safer and healthier.
  • We can help you improve your financial situation and your involvement in communities.
