The Essentials - About Supporting People

Supporting People is a Government programme. It aims to provide a better quality of life for vulnerable people in Warwickshire.

What we can do for you

We will support you to live in your own home, in the community or in specialist schemes.
If you have been homeless, are in hospital or in prison, we will help you gain and develop skills to live independently.
We will support you to maintain your independence at home.
We can help prevent problems that can lead to you having a long stay in hospital or care, going to prison, being evicted or made homeless.
We will help you feel safer and healthier.
We can help you improve your financial situation and your involvement in communities.
