Warwickshire defines Anti-Social Behaviour (or ASB) as “behaviour which causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more people who are not in the same household as the perpetrator”, and we include the following behaviours in our definition of ASB: animal-related incidents, begging, firework-related incidents, hoax calls, malicious communications, noise, prostitution and related incidents, rowdy/nuisance behaviour, street drinking, substance misuse, trespass and vehicle-related incidents. Anti-social behaviour doesn't only make life unpleasant, it can also hold back communities, and the regeneration and renewal of disadvantaed areas. It can also create an environment where more serious crimes can occur. Warwickshire County Council are committed to tackling this problem through partnership working.Anti-Social Behaviour in Warwickshire
