Access to personal information and the Data Protection Act

Individuals have rights under the Data Protection Act 1998, to ask what personal information we hold about you, and subject to exemptions, we should supply that information within 40 calendar days. These are known as 'subject access requests'.

Some services hold more detailed information on case files where you may be receiving services from them.

For general requests to access any information we may hold on you as a customer, employee or on CCTV please use one of the forms/methods below.
